Worried about unexpected clouds, a sudden change of plans, or getting stuck in traffic on the way to Port Olímpic? Don’t risk losing your booking.
Add our Weather & Travel Protection at checkout and enjoy peace of mind. You can cancel or reschedule your boat tour for any reason up to 1 hour before your scheduled departure time.
What’s Covered:
- Sub-optimal weather (clouds, wind, light rain, etc.)
- Traffic delays or transportation issues
- Last-minute personal schedule changes
- Any other unexpected situation
Key Terms & Conditions:
- Coverage By purchasing Weather & Travel Protection, you are entitled to cancel or reschedule your sailing experience for any reason up to exactly 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Refunds If you cancel at least 1 hour before departure, you will receive a full refund of the base boat tour price. Please note: The cost of the Weather & Travel Protection itself, as well as any pre-purchased catering, food, drinks, or other perishable add-ons, are non-refundable, as these items are prepared in advance.
- Rescheduling You may reschedule your tour subject to boat and captain availability on the new date.
- A new catering order must be purchased for the rescheduled date (previous food orders cannot be transferred).
- If the new date/time has a higher rate, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.
- 60-Minute Cut-off Any cancellation, rescheduling request, or notification received less than 60 minutes before departure, as well as no-shows, are not covered. In these cases, the entire booking (tour + all extras) is 100% non-refundable.
- Important This protection must be selected and paid for at the time of booking. It cannot be added retroactively to an existing reservation.
