I recently used Barcelona Sailing Experience to plan my engagement, and I can’t recommend them enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the moment unforgettable.
They helped me pull off the surprise perfectly — I told my girlfriend we were booked for a group boat cruise, but they played along with the story that another group canceled last minute. In reality, I had reserved the private cruise all along, and thanks to their help, the surprise landed perfectly.
Our captain was also incredible - super professional and welcoming. He also assisted with taking pictures of the proposal all while manning the boat. Captured better pictures than I expected and happy to have those candid memories!
The team was also very helpful with recommendations for food and drinks, making the whole experience seamless and special. The service, professionalism, and attention to detail made this such a memorable day for both of us.

The experience was very underwhelming and not worth the cost. The tour itself was extremely short and lacked depth. We were given only a quick walk around a few vines with almost no meaningful explanation of the winemaking process, and we didn’t get to see any part of it actually being performed. Even the old grape press machines in the cellar, which could have been a highlight, weren’t discussed at all.
The wine itself was very average, and unfortunately, the sailing portion was equally disappointing. Our captain never even raised the sail and we motored the entire way back, which defeated the whole point of a sailing experience. And he expected a tip for auto piloting us back.
Overall, the whole thing came across as half hearted. For the price, I expected a lot more and I do not recommend booking here.

Cannot recommend this vineyard/sailing tour more! Bouquet d'Alella is a beautiful family vineyard. It is run by the same family that started the vineyard in the 1500's. We even saw the owner and his sons pressing the wine during our tour.
After the tour, we got to sail back to Barcelona with our captain, Luigi. This was a super cool experience. There was plenty of beverages and snacks available. We got to swim in the water on the way back as well (bring a swimsuit!). Luigi was extremely friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. 10/10

We had an amazing 2-hour trip out at sea at 10am with a group of 7 people from different countries. Our pilot was fantastic—great fun and very welcoming. He offered us Cava, beer, soft drinks, snacks, and played funky music throughout. The swimming stop was the perfect length to really enjoy the water. Highly recommend this experience!

We had a truly great experience. Our captain JoseCarlos was so sweet and we really had a nice boat tour on the way and coming back. Drinks and snacks included. Also Mortada from customer service helped us out really well as we booked the wrong date, however we could change it to the right date. The winery was such a beautiful annd nice place. All together excellent service!

We had a wonderful evening catamaran experience with dinner. The atmosphere was relaxing and romantic, and everything was perfectly organized. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful—when we were stuck in traffic and running about 10 minutes late, they called us, gave clear guidance on how to get there faster and where to park closer, and even met us at the port entrance to escort us to the right location. Dinner was tasty and delicious, with great service and unlimited drinks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we highly recommend!

This was a truly fun adventure. Robin our guide was great very informative. I have never ridden an E bike before, but it was super fun and very easy. We got to see neighborhoods in Barcelona off the Beaten path. The winery was beautiful and Andy vintner was very knowledgeable and had some great fun facts about the process of wine making. Our sailing adventure was also wonderful our skipper Jose even let us take the helm! This was a great experience all the way around would definitely recommend it!

Very clean boat, easy instructions, nice food and CAVA. This was the highlight of our stay in Barcelona.
Jose was an amazing guide who has explained a lot of history around Barcelona. Robin was super helpful when we left some items behind, he coordinated and help us immediately. Such a nice group of people!

We had a fantastic time doing the E-Bike tour to the town of Alella for the wine tasting/tour. Lionel was a fantastic guide who did a wonderful job of sharing the history of the city along with personal stories. We also enjoyed the sailboating experience which was also lovely to get out on the water and see the city from a different POV.

A car to the winery and then sail back to Barcelona. We arrived promptly at 9:45 am as directed and waited until the driver loaded into the van at 10:10 into a hot van. The ride was hot and our driver dropped us at the winery and introduced us to our host. He told us that another driver would pick us up. The wine tour was amazing! Our guide Marc was fantastic and the wine was delish. When we were done we stood and waited and a taxi showed up to get us. The taxi dropped us at the marina where he told us to wait. Someone from the tour finally came to meet us 15 min later. We got on the boat and were offered drinks. The water was rough (not their fault), but we were never offered any food on the boat- which was supposed to be part of the experience. Overall, I would have spent money on a taxi to the winery and back and skip the middle man.

One of the best excursions we've ever done in our lives! E-Biking along the beach boardwalk and through a hillside village was incredible and completely safe. Then we visited the winery for a tour and tasting which was way better than we had expected. Great ambiew, great view and great cava. Finally, we ended with a beautiful sail back to Barcelona.

After we needed to postpone due to heavy winds and waves the staff was understanding and very helpful to reschedule for the next week. Captain Luigi is a pleasure to sail with, very attentive, friendly and experienced. Mortadha was lovely and helped reorganize swiftly.
Also good value for your money with a group of 12.
All in all it was a great trip with only one point to mention: Having glassware on the boat made us slightly anxious to break the cups and step into shards, so please consider using plastic in the future.

We opted for a private group tour for 13. We started the tour in El Masnou where we were staying. All 13 bikes were set up in front of the house and ready to go. The guides were engaging, knowledgeable, and funny. We biked through a small town and had the opportunity to walk around a bit. From there we biked to the Vineyard which was gorgeous. We had a tour and tasting along with some delicious bread, fresh tomatoes, meat and cheese. From there we biked back down (all down hill) to the port where we boarded two sailboats for a two hour sail. The 4 parents went on one boat and the “kids” were on the other. We shared a delicious spread of fruit and tapas with beer, wine, and sodas. We had the opportunity to stop for a swim. All 13 agree, this was one of the best days of our lives!

We had a private sailing experience with a guitarist, tapas, cava and cake (surprise for my birthday from the crew) in the evening with sunset. It had been raining all day and we were not so hopeful on the sunset or experience, but it was beautiful and fantastic. So thank you for making this a long lasting memory. See you next time, we definitely come back as we heard of all the other experiences we want to be part of. Great team, great surprise! 🙏🥳❤️

Our captain Pepo(Jose) was absolutely amazing. He was one of the nicest and friendliest people I’ve met. As well he is very safe, helpful, tended to all our needs and a whole lot of fun! The food was amazing, the experience was all around great and mostly thanks to our captain Pepo.

The person who checked us in was very friendly. He took a photo before boarding and said we would get a copy which was very nice. Then, we boarded. The skipper introduced himself. He gave his name and had us sign a document. The snacks were very limited but tasted good. I was expecting vermouth but we did not get any. He gave us cava instead which tasted good. I booked for the vermouth because I like it. The skipper let us know the waters were choppy and that we may not be able to swim, which I was very understanding. I really wanted to swim but was glad the skipper was safe. Overall, it was okay. The skipper was friendly. He even let us take a picture with him. The scenery was beautiful.

We had the best time with our sailing adventures! Started out with a warm welcome and some light tapas and some yummy cava! It was a gorgeous day to be out on the water and we enjoyed our adventure and having a great funny and caring captain, Marcello! Will definitely be back!
